There are a few reasons for not able to enter the PvP servers.

- Internet connection speed: Poor connection speed may interfere with PvP performance, or even hinder users from entering the PvP servers. In this case, you may wish to clear cache or close other programmes to improve the connection.

- Location of users: Entering PvP servers using public networks (e.g. Institutions, Companies, Open Wi-fi) may not be successful because of firewall and security settings of the networks.

- Barrier of anti-virus software: Some anti-virus software may block the connection of Live PvP server.

You are kindly advised to try on different browser like Firefox or Google Chrome and clear your browser cache in order to refresh the latest version of Ninja Saga.
